Appointments at Wyldflower are reserved especially for you. Because each service is intentionally prepared and time is held with care, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations, late reschedules, missed appointments, or no-shows or may be subject to a fee. By booking, you agree to these policies and help support a small business built on intentional time. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations, no show and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. Late arrivals may result in abbreviated service time, out of respect for the next guest though the full service fee will still apply. Late Arrivals To preserve the rhythm of the day and the quality of each ritual, late arrivals may require shortened service time. Full service fees will still apply. No-Show Policy Appointments missed without notice are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Appointment Reminders Courtesy reminders may be sent, but it remains the client’s responsibility to remember and honor their reserved appointment time. Illness / Emergencies If you are ill or there is a true emergency please reach out as soon as possible. While the policy remains in place, exceptions may be considered at Wyldflower’s sole discretion.
